I wanted to do a more in depth post about my most anticipated books I got from BEA this year, since the haul post didn't give much specifics. These are books I'll be reading over the next few months to coincide to their release dates. Check them out!

I found out about this one just before BEA and it's dystopia setting really got me interested:

Even though I'm kind of on the out with faerie-themed books, this one really interested me because it's set in Victorian London. I really want to see what the author does with this!

I always become interested when I see a young adult novel in the science fiction genre. This is no exception.

Another young adult science fiction, this one caught my eye. What a lovely cover. I think I grabbed the very last copy at BEA (I was so lucky!). Anyways, the blurb on the back says "the most riveting series since The Hunger Games." Well, then!

Last but certainly not least, this is probably my most anticipated. I cannot wait to see what Painter has done with the vampire genre in this new urban fantasy.

When her patron is murdered, she becomes the prime suspect, which sends her running into the mortal world...and into the arms of Malkolm, an outcast vampire cursed to kill every being from whom he drinks.

I just started reading Blood Rights last night (hugs to Kristen for providing a copy!) and so far it's fantastic. The world she has established is wonderful, and the mythology is really exciting.
